I have been real slack at keeping up with my blog so let me fill in a few details from the last few months. I did a three song demo for a band called Sound Bridge. Their singer and bass player Antonio Bernard is a cool guy and a great singer and bass player. They did a few covers to demonstrate their style and sound. Which is very cool and professional by the way. I also did a little three song demo for local singer and sax player Gary Potts. Forgive me but I can't remember his keyboard players name. They also did some nice covers. Garys singing and sax playing is great. I had a great time recording them and I think it turned out well. I also did a little three song demo for local legend Charles Harriston and one of his groups. They did a few classic covers and I think it turned out good as well. My buddy Scott Pressley plays the guitar and Randy Huff on drums. They started with one guy on bass and switched to the mighty DC on bass after the demo. So they may sound a little different when you see them live. With DC on bass they will sound better for sure. I also have been continuing to work with Reggie Dennis on his thing. We just got strated on a new track last week. It's funky as you could guess. Also my buddy Brian Jacobs and I have been also getting busy with our own stuff.
